Lake Lanier Mobile Home Community is a very special community. It is the only lakefront mobile home community on Lake Lanier! You will enjoy the peacefulness of the lakeside recreation area that includes a pavilion, grill & picnic tables, and a fishing dock. Sit on the grassy lakeside meadow and enjoy beautiful sunset views of Lake Lanier. We are one mile from the Olympic Rowing Venue on Clarks Bridge Road and only two miles from downtown Gainesville with plenty of shopping and entertainment. While we rent the lots, WE DO NOT RENT MOBILE HOMES for short periods of time (say a year or two). The homes are only FOR SALE either by cash purchase, with a bank loan, or occasionally, with a long-term lease & purchase option.
